Patterns from your tech pack or block. Proto, fit and pre-production samples with comments in your format.

Chino construction
Flat-front, pleated and five-pocket chinos; curtained waistbands, extended tabs, felled seams, cuffs.

Shorts
Chino and pleated shorts on the same line, to the same standard, in the same delivery as the trousers.

Fabric
Cotton twill, stretch twill, canvas and linen blends from Turkish mills, or your nominated fabric.

Buttons, zips, labels, pocketing and packaging sourced to your spec or from your nominated suppliers.

Turkish cotton mills are a day away by truck; Central Europe is three. Istanbul works one hour ahead of Paris and Warsaw in summer, two in winter.

Brief
You send the tech pack or a reference garment, fabric, quantities and delivery window. We reply with questions, a price indication and a sampling date.

Sample
We make the pattern, source materials and sew the proto. Revisions until you sign it off.

Bulk
Cutting, sewing and finishing in our workshop, measured against the approved sample. In-line and final inspection.

Shipment
Packed to your carton and label spec, customs documents prepared, shipped on the agreed date.

01What do you need for a quote?
A tech pack or reference garment, the fabric, quantities per style and colour, and the delivery window.
02How long does sampling take?
It depends on fabric availability. We give you a dated sampling plan with the price indication, and revisions are turned around in days.
03Do you accept nominated fabrics and trims?
Yes. We manage lab dips, approvals and deliveries from your suppliers on your behalf.
04What do you make?
Men's chino trousers and shorts only: flat-front, pleated, side-adjuster and five-pocket styles.
05How do you ship?
Packed to your carton and label specification, with customs documents, under the Incoterm you choose.
